amendment to Facility Operating License NPF-30 for Callaway Plant. The change revises the title " Senior Vice President, Nuclear" to "Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer". This change is necessary due to my retirement on April 30,1997 and l
replacement by Mr. Garry L. Randolph on May 1,1997. Mr. Randolph will report to Mr. Charles W. Mueller, President and Chief Executive Of0cer.
Attached are marked-up pages which reflect this title change from i
Administrative Control Sections 6.1.2, 6.2.1.c, 6.6.1.b, 6.7.1.a and 6.7.1.c. Also l
attached is a Significant Hazard Evaluation and an Environmental Consideration.
These changes have been reviewed and approved by the On-Site Review

Committee and the Nuclear Safety Review Board. It is realized this amendment request will not be approved prior to May 1,1997. Until approved, Mr. Randolph will fulGil the functions required of the Senior Vice President, Nuclear as detailed in I
the Technical Specifications listed above.
