We have reviewed your comments in conjunction with the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant REP, Revision 20, dated September 30, 1985, and have found your response to be acceptable. In addition, Mr. Barry Marks of your staff provided a copy of the procedure used for agreement letter updates. Mr. Marks agreed to reference this procedure in the appropriate section of the Sequoyah REP during the next revision process. As a result, we find these actions acceptable to correct the deficiency.
