NORTH ANNA OPERATOR AND SENIOR OPERATOR REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATIONS This
- letter confirms the arrangements made in a telephcae conversation on November 25, 1985, between Mr. Sandy Lawyer of this office and Mr. Richard Buck, Nuclear Operator Training Supervisor, concerning the requalification examination schedule and the designation of examinees.
The nine individuals identified in the enclosure will be administered a written requalification examination by the NRC on December 4,1985.
They include five watchstanders -(three reactor operators and two senior operators) and four off-shift, ' staff personnel.
These same nine individuals will also be administered oral and simulator requalification examinations during the week of December 2,1985.
We'have also selected alternate examinees for the examinations.
They will be examined in lieu of the selected candidates only when those individuals selected cannot be made tvailable and adequate justification exists for granting the

The alternates will be selected by SR0/R0 license type and in the order as they appear in the enclosure.
