r Your letter dated November 26, 1985, raised several concerns regarding

Bill No. D0191 for the operating license review costs through June 23, 1984,
.for the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station. While the information for Items 1 and 2 of your letter on NRR and IE contractual costs-is not yet available, J
we feel that the following docuents are responsive to items 3, 4 and 5 of your. letter regarding cost recovery and interest and penalty charges:
.1; Memorandum dated April 12, 1985, from C. James Holloway to NRC Files on professional staff hour data which identifies those Headquarters Inspection and Enforcement (IE-HQ) and Regional activity codes which have been included and excluded from license fee recovery for the period ending June 23, 1984.

Memorandum dated October 23,1984',from C. James Holloway for the Shoreham Manpower File with enclosures that list (by fiscal years) the IE-HQ and Regional professional staff-hours-that have been included and excluded from license fees for the period ending June 23, 1984.
3.
NRC's " Procedures for Extending Payment Dates of License Fee Billings" which address penalty and interest charges.
Your letter requested a meeting with us during the week of December 1,1985.
