! Conditiong XSNM02240 License Number Condition 1 - Licenseo shall file with ths. Customs Officer or the Postmaster two copies,in addi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Doctoration covering each export and mark one of such copies for transmittal to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-lotory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following declaration should oc.

"This shipment is being modo pursuont to specibe hcense number (specific license number) filed at (location of Customs office where license is filed),
on (dete license was filed). This license expires on (expiretion date of '
license), and the unshipped balonce remaining on this l' cense is sufhcient to l cover the shipment described on this declaration."
Condition 2 - Exports authoriaed in any country or destination, except Country Groups Q, S, W, X, Y, and Z in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehens ve Esport Schedule i of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Condition 3 - This hcense covers only the nuclear content of the material.
Conditlen 4 - The material to be emported under this beense shall be sh'pped in accordance with the physical protection requirements for special nuclear material m 10 Cf R 73.
Condition & - Special nuclear material authorized for e= port under th s I conse shall nc,t be transported outside the Umfed States in possenger carryin0 m'crof t in shipments cacceding (1) 20 oroms or 20 curies, whichever is less, of plutonium or uranium 233, or (2) 350 Uroms of vromum 235.
Condition 4- This hcense authorites esport only and does not authorite the rece+pt, phys. col I possession, or use of the nuclear material.
Condition 7 - The hcensee shall complete and submit on NRC Form 741 for coch shipment of source material exported under this hcense.
Conditlen 8 - The licenwo shall advise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designo, tion of the company who will package the nuclear material to be exported under l this hcense, or any chan0e in the location of the pochoging operation, of icott j three weeks prior to the schedolad date of esport.
