Dear Sir:
An Interim Report was transmitted to the NRC by Reference (A) and a Time Extension by Reference (B). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by February 19, 1986.
Due to the extensive investigation and evaluation required, it is noy expected that this information will be finalized by March 3, 1986, at shich time a complete report will be submitted.
There is no new information or change to the Interina Report at this time, l
