DOCKET NOS. 50-424 AND 50-425 UTILITY SERVICES AND PARKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR NRC REGION II MOBILE LABORATORY AT PLANT V0GTLE Reference is made to the telephone conversation between Mr. Jimmy Dr Harris of the NRC and Mr. William Ollinger of Georgia Power Company on October 8,1985, regarding the subject above.
During the referenced telephone conversation, specifications for parking arrangements and utility services for the Region II Mobile Laboratory were discussed.
We request that you make these services available at two separate locations.
One location should be near the facility count room and will be used during routine inspections.
The other location should be near your emergency operations facility and would be used during emergency situations.
The specifications are provided in the Enclosure.

g ENCLOSURE Specification for Region II Mobile Laboratory Item Specification Comment Vehicle Parking 30 feet long Site should be surfaced 8 feet wide and level. Additional 14 feet tall clearance for ease of parking should be considered.
Electrical outlets 3 lines with separate Care should be taken to circuit breakers each ensure that there are no 12 OV, 20A. 3 phase surges or large within 25 feet of Mobile fluctuations on these Lab.
Receptacles to be
- lines, compatible with Hubbell 125 V, 20 amp three prong 4 twist lock plugs.
Telephone outlet One standard telephone outlet within 25 feet of Mobile Lab.
