In our response to Violation 413/84-87-04, it was stated that ottr Employee Training Qualification System will begin by December 1, 1985.

We have progressed steadily on the plan but find that we need additional time before the plan can be fully implemented.

Therefore, we have extended the expected completion date to January 1,

1986.
