Purpose:
To discuss the activities of the Transient Assessment Committee and the Availability Committee.
In particular, to discuss the plans to proposed Technical Specification changes for raising the setpoint for reactor trip on high pressure and raising the arming setpoint for turbine trip Anticipatory Reactor Trip.
