The Vice President of Nuclear Operations shall designate, in writing. tne Chairman and al1 SRC memcers.
The Chairaan shall designate,.in writ'ng, the altarnate Chairman in the aosence of the-3RC Cnairman.
ALTERNATES 6.5.2.3 All alternata mencers sha!! be acoainted in writing by tN SRC Lhairman to serve on a tempoeiry basis; cowever, no mare tnan two alternates sha 1 participate as voting memcers in SRC ictivities 2
at any one time.
CONSULTANTS 6.5.2.4 Consultants shall be utilized,as deterr.ined :y tne SRC Chairman to provide expert acvice to the 3RC.
MEETING FREQUENCY 6.5.2.5 The SRC shall meet -it least once per calendar quarter during the initial year of f acility oper1 tion following fuel loading and at least once per six months thereaf ter.
QUORUM 6.5.2.6 The minimum quorum of tne SRC necessary for the' performance of the-SRC review and accit functions of these technical specifications shall consist of the Chairman or his designated alternate and at least 4 SRC members including alternates.
No more than a minority of the quorum shall have line responsibility for operation of the unit.
