l Representatives of your staff committed to provide all additional information re-quested by the staff related to Technical Specification by September 25, 1985.
Nine items of requested information required by the staff to continue our review have not been submitted to date and two items submitted did not satisfactorily 1
address our concerns. These are identified in Enclosure 1 to this letter.
Because c ' NNECo's failure to provide the requested information in a timely i
manner we will be unable to issue our Final Draft Technical Specification on September 30 as we had previously intended.
Additional delay in submitting requested information or the submittal of in-i s
adequate information could result in a delay in issuance of the final version of i
j the Technical Specifications needed for issuance of an operating license for Millstone Unit 3.
