Dear Mr. Morey:

This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Ajluni of your l staff and me on March 27, 1997 concerning a meeting requested by the NRC which 1 is scheduled for April 18, 1997. from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The purpose of the conference is to discuss apparent violations associated with the Control Room Emergency Filtration Systems. Penetration Room Filtration systems, and Containment Purge Exhaust Filtration, as identified in NRC Inspection Report 50-348, 364/97-04.

The location of the conference will be at the NRC Region II office.
