Attached please find your Control Copy Number 8-3 of Amendment 10 to the PVNGS Security Plan.
These copies contain replacement pages for copies. of the Security Plan currently held by the NRC.
In addition, we are herewith forwarding two ecpies to the NRC Document Control Desk and one copy each to George Knighton and Charles Gaskin of the NRC.
This change is submitted as Amendment 10 to the plan, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), as a report of changes that do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. A summary of these changes is also attached.
This document contains Safeguards Information which must be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21 and is therefore to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d).
