CONFIRMATION OF ACTION - DOCKET NOS. 50-259, 50-260, AND 50-296 This letter refers to CAL-50-259,260,296/86-01, dated January 2, 1986.
The enclosure to the referenced letter listed, by docket number, those personnel who failed the NRC-administered requalification examination and were subsequently removed from licensed duties.
An administrative error in the enclosure resulted in. Docket Number 55-4105 being listed. Please change this to Docket Number 55-4101.
