This refers to.the routine' inspection conducted by Messrs. J. Eckhardt and
G. Perez of this office between Noveaber 1, 1985 and December 17, 1985
of activities authorized by NRC License No. DPR-54, and to the discussion of
our_ findings held with Mr. Redeker and other members of your staff at the
conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report. Also described in this inspection report are the results of an
enhanced control room and plant operations inspection performed during this
report period. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
Based on the results of this inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified.
In accordance with 10 C'R 2.790(a), a copy of-this letter and the enclosure's
will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
The respense directed by this notice-is not subject to the clearance
