At a January 28, 1986 meeting we received the scope and objectives for the unannounced Byron Station emergency preparedness exercise. We find these objectives acceptable'as modified, during the February 6 telephone conversation between Mr. T. Blackmon of your staff and Mr. T. Ploski of my staff, regarding the use of the High Range Sampling System.
