Dear Mr. Larson:

This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated January 31, 1986, which transmitted changes, identified as Revision 7, to the " Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Security Force Training and Qualification Plan," under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

We have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are, therefore, acceptable.

During our review, it was noted that Tasks 14, 15, 16 and-17, pages 24 and 25, were omitted from the submitted revision to the plan. Until such tirr.e that the revised pages are submitted, the previous plan revisions for these tasks will be considered to be the approved plan.
