The NRC staff has reviewed your September 16, 1985, letter to me and agrees with you that the Hope Creek IDVP Protocol can be terminated since the final IDVP report has been issued. However, as a condition to this agreement, the NRC staff requests that all IDVP documentation subject to the' Protocol continue to be maintained in a location accessible for NRC examination.
