Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361 and 50-362 Physical Security Plan Changes, Revision 7 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 By letter dated April 26, 1984, the August 1983 " Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Units 1, 2 and 3" was approved by the NRC.
Also, by letters dated November 27, 1984 through October 29, 1985, Revisions 1 through 3A, 5, and SA to this Plan were approved by the NRC (Revision 4 to this Plan was disapproved by the NRC on July 25, 1985).
Revision SB to this Plan, submitted by letter dated November 15, 1985 is under NRC review.
- Finally, Revision 6 to this Plan is pending 10CFR 50.54(p) resubmission to the NRC.
As a result of our continuing review and updating of this Plan, a number of changes to this Plan have been made. Accordingly, pursuant to 10CFR 50.54(p), enclosed are six (6) copies of a description of the changes and of Revision 7 to the August 1983 Physical Security Plan which is notification of the changes.
The changes are identified with a vertical bar and the number "7" in the right margin of the textual pages. The changes described in the enclosure do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this Plan.
The enclosure contains " Safeguards Information" as specified in 10CFR 73.21 and should be protected against unauthorized disclosure.
