In accordance with the schedule confirmed by the Board in its Order of January 24, 1986, this letter identifies the FEMA witness who will testify at the hearing on March 4,1986.

FEMA has informed me that FFMA will present the testimony of Dr. Kryter concerning Item 2 of . the Board's Order. of January .16, 1986. Dr. Kryter .

will be prepared to answer the Board's questions with respect to Items 3 and 5 of that order. FEMA has determined that no testimony on Item 6 will be provided, since FEMA nas not conducted, and lacks the resources to conduct the analysis which suit testimony.would require.
