NRC Reviewer questions concerning Source Range Nuclear Instrumentation provided in a conference call of October 30, 1985 between Toledo Edison and NRC Staff.
To assist your Staff in the review of this document, a matrix cross-referencing your Staff's questions to the location of the responses in the text and appendix section has been prepared and is included as Attachment 1 to this letter.
Toledo Edison is providing a tracking report of commitments to be completed, both pre-and post-startup, in a revision to Appendix III-1 contained within this document.
During the week of December 1, 1985, Toledo Edison will submit a summary schedule (Level 2) of activities to be completed prior to restart.
