We have received your application to amend Certificate of Compliance GDP-2 transmitted by letter dated February 25,1997, by modifying tne bounding calculated dose for a hypothetical criticality case in Building X-333 described in section 4.1.1.2.5 of the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant's Safety Analysis Report. Your request has been assigned TAC No. L32014. Please reference this number in any future correspondence associated with this request.
We have completed the initial administrative review of your application for amendment of your certificate. No omissions or defit,iencies were identified, therefore, we have found it acceptable for formal review.
