An Enforcement Conference was held on January 9, 1986 at the NRC Region I Office,
King of Prussia, Pennsylvania to discuss the findings of NRC Special Inspection
No. 50-245/85-31; 50-336/85-36.
The topics discussed at this meeting included:
a review of the event on November 13, 1985, when a handgun was discovered in a
locked briefcase inside the sleeper section of a tractor trailer cab upon' exit
from the Millstone Station protected area, and the licensee's subsequent actions.
