In accordance with 10CFR50.4. enclosed are four (4) copies of the CPSES Training and QJalification Plan (T&Q) Revision 9 (copy numbers: 13. 14, 15 and 16).
Included with each plan is a " Summary of Changes" which lists the changes incorporated in Revision 9.
An evaluation conducted per 10CFR50.54(p). determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program.
The enclosure to this letter contains SAFEGUARDS INFORMAT~ ION as defined in 10CFR73.21:

j The changes in this revision of the T&Q Plan include change in the Plan approval to the Plant Manager, adds provisions and a qualification course for semi automatic handgun carry, replaces the nightstick crucial task with the OC spray crucial task and rearranges and edits the Plan for clarification and previous typographical errors The Summary of Changes is attached to the enclosed revision of the Physical Security Plan.
