Dear Sir:
PECO Energy Company hereby submits License Change Request ECR 96-00627 in accordance with 10CFR50.90 requesting changes to Appendix A of the Peach Bottom Facility Operating Licenses. The proposed changes extend the surveillance interval for calibration of Average Power Range Monitor flow bias instrumentation from 18 months to 24 months.
