Detroit Edison to NRC Letter, " Request for Amendment to Technical Specifications for the Alternative Shutdown Program",
RC-LC-85-0051, dated, September 27, 1985
Subject:
Alternative Shutdown System Reference 2 requested an amendment to the Fermi 2 Technical Specifications to include additional specifications for the Alternative Shutdown System.
That request did not include a transfer switch and two pushbutton ecntrols which will be located on the shutdown panel.
The Attachment consists of a revised Table 3.3.10 including the added controls with change bars indicating which ones were added.
Ple_se include this Table in the final Technical Specifications.
This change does not impact any conclusions stated in Reference 2.
