Taylor had a range of. technical questions related to the " multiple missed opportunities", which seemed, to imply that FP&L had-performed the " reasonable" maintenance & testing expected / required of . the facilities. Accordingly, for Milhoan to readdress the issue, we need a brief listing of the missed opportunities that provides enough detail to demonstrate the failures. Also, to address numerous Taylor questions, we need an explanation of the ASME. Code background - applicability, testing, results, etc.
