EXAMINATION REPORT, FORT CALHOUN STATION (FCS)
On November 12, 1985, NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your FCS facility.
Concurrently, employees previously licensed to operate your FCS facility were given NRC prepared requalification examinations. At the conclusion of the examinations, the examination keys were provided to facility staff personnel and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report. As a result of these examinations, the FCS requalification program is evaluated as unsatisfactory. Section C. of the enclosed examination report provides details leading to this evaluation and specifies the requirement for license renewals until the program achieves a satisfactory evaluation.
