Dear Dr. Mallett:
We request that you terminate our special Nuclear Material License authorizing the use of nuclear powered pacemakers.
The license is due to expire November 30, 1985.
At this time, we no longer have any source material in our possession, nor do we have any patients as of this date who are living that have implanted pacemakers.
Sources from expired patients have been returned to the appropriate manufacturer.
We do not have any intentions of continuing the implantation program, and therefore have no further need of this license.
As previously mentioned, all sources have been accounted for.
