Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of an Application for Amendment to our Operating License to revise the overtemperature delta T and overpower delta T equations specified in technical specification Table 2.2-1 and change the response time for the overtemperature delta T function specified in Table 3.3-2 from 6 seconds to 4 seconds.
2.
Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B which set forth the change in Technical Specifications and its no significant hazards determination.
A check in the amount of $150.00 is attached for payment of the license amendment application fee in acccedance with 10 CFR 170.
