On November 22, 1985, the Attorney General of North Carolina filed his " Motion to Subpoena Dr.
M.
Reada Bassiount in Litigation of Eddleman Contention 57-C-3 (Nighttime Sirens)" (the " Attorney General's Motion"). Applicants oppose the Attorney General's Motion. In support of this opposition, Applicants rely upon the arguments advanced in " Applicants' Answer to Wells Eddleman's Motion to Subpoena Dr. M. Reada Bassiouni, et al. as Witnesses on Eddleman Contention 57-C-3," filed November 22,1985.
