COMSECY-96-066: RESEARCH (DSI-22)
I support the Commission's preliminary views on this DSI. Priority should be given to research needed to bring finality to issues before the Commission.
Criteria for closure of issues should be developed and made part of the research program plan. In conducting research activities, more access should be provided to the public for appropriate input.
