DOCKET NOS. 50-335 AND 50-389 This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of December 13, 1985, which transmitted Revision 10 to the St. Lucie Physical Security Plan.
Our review of the changes has found portions of the changes to be consistent with~
the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
One portion is not consistent with the provisions. of 10 CFR 50.54(p) as delineated in the enclosure to this letter.
This was discussed between Mr. F. Faber of your staff and Ms. O. Masnyk of the Region II ' staff on January 9, 1986.
To preclude a violation of regulatory requirements, you must not continue to implement the change deemed inconsistent.
Please revert to the commitment in your previously approved plan, or, if desired, modify your plan to accommodate the enclosed comments and resubmit a corrected plan page as necessary to maintain plan continuity.
Should you wish to pursue those changes deemed inconsistent, you must submit a request-to the Commission, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90 for amendment to your license.
The enclosure to your letter is being withheld from public disclosure because it contains Safeguards Information and must be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 73.21; 1
The material enclosed herewith'contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section.147 of the Atomic Energy Act of ' 1954, as amended.
Therefore, the enclosure will be not be placed in the Public Document Room.
Should you have any questions concerning this letter, we.will be glad to discuss them with you.
