In accordance with Section 9 of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) hereby files a revised Charter for the Advisory Panel for the Decontamination of Three Mile Island, Unit 2.

This charter broadens the scope of the Committee's activities to in:lude consulting with and i

providing advice to the Commission en the public's reactions to plans and the results of studies deriving from Federal, State and TMI Public Health Fund efforts regarding the TMI-2 accident.
