Enclosed please find an Application for License to Export Nuclear Material and Equipment. The subject export consists of nuclear fuel assemblies to be shipped to Taiwan. The NRC export regulations indicate that the entire shipment, except the nuclear material, qualifies for a General license. The Application therefore covers the export of the nuclear fuel.
Pier.r. note item 25 on the Application. We are obliged to make this early Application due to a ree a:cment being imposed by the Ultimate Consignee.
A check for $3,000 for the required application fee is enclosed.
