4 requirements of Appendix E to Part 50, NRC approval is not required. Our initial review of l these changes indicates them to be in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q). Implementation j of these changes will be subject to inspection to confirm that they have not decreased the j l effectiveness of your emergency plan.
