REQUEST FROM REP. MARKEY FOR SUNSHINE DOCUMENTS Attached are the documents requested by Congressman Markey in his May 3, 1985 letter on the hearing on the Sunshine Act. I have identified only those documents which were prepared by or for this office. They are:
- 1) JKA votesheet on SECY 85-67 dated 3/22/85 with attached views,
- 2) Memo from JKA to John Hoyle, Secy, and Herzel H.E. Plaine, 0GC, dated April 8,1985, entitled: " Draft Staff Requirements Memorandum on SECY 85 Sunshine Act Regulations."
- 3) Memo from Herzel H.E. Plaine, OGC, to JKA dated April 15, 1985, entitled: "Draf t Staff Requirements Memorandum on SECY 85-67 Sunshine Act Regulations."
- 4) Memo from NJP to Comissioners dated April 22,1985(COMNP 85-20), entitled: " Staff Requirements Memorandum on SECY 85 Sunshine Act Regulations." This has JKA's handwritten vote on COMNP-85-20 dated 4/22/85.
- 5) Memo from JKA to S.J.Chilk, Secy, dated May 1,1985, entitled:
" Separate Views on Proposed Sunshine Rule." This has JKA's separate views attached.
- 6) JKA votesheet on " Draft Notice - Changes iti NRC's Sunshine Act Regulations" dated 5/8/85.
