The NRC is reissuing four pages of inspection report 50-263/96009, which was
'
transmitted to you on February 20,1997,in order to correct errors in the report.
Page 23 was corrected to reflect that safety review item SRI-96-016, "1996 FOl
j
Identified USAR Changes," Revision 0, Addendum 4, dated October 23,1996, did not
make changes to the containment boundary, as originally stated in the report.
l
Page 39 was corrected to reflect that proprietary documents were reviewed during the
inspection, as indicated in the list of documents reviewed (pages 43-59). Additionally,
a few documents were not properly characterized as being proprietary; pages 50 and 51
were corrected to accurately reflect their clasrification.

Please replace the affected pages of the inspection report with the enclosed pages. I
