Thank you for the submittal of your Construction Quality Assurance Manual, Revision 14. We have reviewed the changes and find that the revision continues to satisfy the requirements of 10 CFR 50, A pendix B, Lnd is therefore acceptable.
Also, we acknowledge the submittal of your Operations Quality Assurance Manual, Revision 13, provided in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.54(a). Present responsibility for the review of your Operations Quality Assurance Program rests with the IE Quality Assurance Branch.
Please be advised that upon issuance of the Clinton operating license, Region III will assume that responsibility. At that time, submittals of your Quality Assurance Program as required by 10 CFR 50.54(a) should be directed to Region III.
We appreciate your timely submittal of the information required by 10 CFR 50.55(f).
