This ackusaledges receipt of your letter of October 11, 1935, by which you transmitted Revision 5 to the Washington Nuclear Project, Unit 2, (WNP-2)
Guard Training and Qualification Plan dated November 16, 1979, with Revisions 1 through 4.
We have reviewed the information contained-in the plan revision and have determined that as indicated in the enclosure hereto, the changes are not acceptable as they appear to conflict with requirements specified in 10 CFR 73.55(b)(4). Accordingly, you are to follow your previously approved plan in regard to these items. You should resubmit corrected plan pages as necessary to maintain plan continuity.
Should you want to pursue changing the security plan with respect to the changes set forth in the enclosure, you should submit under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90.
The enclosure to this letter contains Safeguards Information which is required to be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
