I have been out of the office for the last few days but have been informed that Bob Guild has stated that he will not attend depositions of Comstock quality control inspectors

which have been scheduled for January 20 and January 21.

understand that Bob is in South Carolina and has stated that he will not participate in any discovery activities during the month of January.
I called you today to inquire whether you, Tim Wright or any other attorney employed by BPI would attend the depositions.
You stated that no attorney representing the intervenors would be present.
If you change your mind, please contact Elena Kezelis or me.
The depositions are being held at the Braidwood site and arrangements must be made to secure your admission.
