The purpose of this letter is to correct a minor aspect of Mike Miller's letter to you yesterday.
Please note that Comstock quality control inspectors will be 3
deposed at Braidwood on January 21 and 22, not January 20 and 21, as Mike's letter had suggested.
I had previously advised Bob Guild in a letter dated January 10 that an additional Comstock QC inspector will be deposed in our Chicago office on Monday, January 27.
Although Mike's letter yesterday did not mention that deposition, since it will be conducted in Chicago rather than at the site, I assume that you are aware of my January 10 letter to Bob.
I Unless Mike or I hear to the contrary, we will assume that Intervenors will not be represented by counsel at the depositions set for January 21, 22 and 27.
