Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2 Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure Updates
Dear Mr. Martin:
In accordance with Section V, " Implementing Procedures," of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, PGandE is submitting one copy of the updates to the detailed Implementing Procedures (Enclosure 3) for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Units 1 and 2 Emergency Plan.
These updates are listed in Enclosure 1.
Concurrently, two copies of each update are being submitted to the Document Control Desk.
Some of the updates contain privacy / proprietary information.
This privacy /
proprietary information has been bracketed in accordance with NRC Generic Letter 81-27 and is identified in Enclosure 2.
