1 By letter dated May 23, l'185, the Division of Licensing (DL) staff infonned your Company of their approval of your application dated October 22, 1982. This application provided information on the use of PAD 3.3 fuel performance r. ode to satisfy License Condition 2.C.(19)(a) for the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant Unit No. 2.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 of the March 23, 1978 regulations were not submitted with this application.
Based on infcrmation provided by the DL staff as the result of their final review of your application, it has been detennined that a Class II fee ($1,200) is appropriate since the review was pm forma in nature.
Therefore, your Company is requested to remit the sum r' $1,200 to this office.
