Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. J. I. Tapia of this office
during the period April 28-30 and October 28-30, 1985, of activities authorized
by NRC Operating License NPF-6 for Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2, and to the
discussion of our findings with members of your staff at the conclusion of the
inspection.
The area examined during the inspection covered the containment integrated
leakage rate test. Within this area, the inspection consisted of selective
examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
These findings are documented in
the enclosed inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified.
Two unresolved items are identified in paragraph 2 of the enclosed inspection
report.
We have also examined actions you have taken with regard to a previously
identified inspection finding.
The status of this item is identified in
paragraph 2 of the enclosed report.
