Dear Sir:

In Reference (b), we filed an interim 10CFR50.55(e) report regarding incomplete disc opening in Velan Valve Corporation stop check valves.

The valves were returned to the manufacturer and the required holes were drilled in the discs to make the valves perform satisfactorily. Sub-sequently, the valves were returned to the Site for installation.

This is our final report on this item.
