I This. letter provides the follow-up to the referenced reports which were made l
-in accordance with Section 6.9.1.13.b of Appendix A to Facility Operating License NPF-10 for. San Onofre, Unit 2, for two occurrences involving Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) 3.6.3.
The revision to LER 82-094 is being submitted to delete the reference to LER 82-103 and update the corrective action. The revision to LER 82-103 is being submitted to provide the results of an evaluation into the root cause of the subject failure and the corrective action supporting this evaluation.
