Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Ref-erence A and an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference B.
Time Extensions were requested by References C, D, and E.
Our last forecast indicated that a final report would be completed by August 12, 1985.
Due to the extensive investigation and evaluation required, it is now expected that this information will be finalized by Septenber 6,1985, at which time a complete report will be submitted.
There is no new infonnation or change to the Interim Report at this time.
