CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS - V0GTLE - DOCKET NO. 50-424 This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. G. F. Trudeau of your staff and Mr. W. H. Rankin of my staff on November 7,1985, concerning a management meeting to be conducted at the Region II office on November 25, 1985, at 12:30 p.m.
Mr. Trudeau requested this meeting to present the Georgia Power Company's Module No. 8 " Structural Steel," Appendix D " Document Control," an Appendix I supplement and Appendix E " Material Control" for your Vogtle facility to the NRC for review.
A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
