. UNIT NO. 1-DECEMBER 1985 SALEM NO. 1 The Unit began-the period operating at full power.

On 12/16/85 power was reduced to 30% as a result of Pressurizer Spray Valve 1PS3 not fully reseating.

Following repairs to the valve positioner, full power was restored at 1320 hours0.0153 days <br />0.367 hours <br />0.00218 weeks <br />5.0226e-4 months <br /> the same day.

At 1805 hours0.0209 days <br />0.501 hours <br />0.00298 weeks <br />6.868025e-4 months <br /> on 12/16/85 power was reduced to 74% due to the loss of_all circulating-Water Screens when #14 Screen Wash Pump strainer housing failed spraying water onto the 480V distribution panel for the screens.

Full power was restored by 0208 hours0.00241 days <br />0.0578 hours <br />3.439153e-4 weeks <br />7.9144e-5 months <br /> on 12/17/85 where it remained for the rest of the period.
